These terms apply to your use of davescardsandmore.com and to any purchase you make from Dave’s Cards and More (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our products

Photos. Product photos show the actual card you’ll receive, not a stock image. Photos may be straightened or cropped to show the card clearly, but they are never altered to hide flaws.

Condition. For ungraded (raw) cards, the condition we list is our honest opinion. Condition grading is subjective, so please review the photos carefully before you buy.

Graded cards. Grades on graded cards are assigned by independent grading companies (such as PSA, Beckett/BGS, SGC, or CGC). We don’t assign, guarantee, or change those grades.

Authenticity. Every card we sell is guaranteed authentic. See our Returns & Refunds page for how the authenticity guarantee works.

One of a kind. Most of our cards are single, one-of-a-kind items. If an item sells out before your order is completed, we’ll cancel that item and give you a full refund for it.

Prices and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where required. We accept payment through the methods shown at checkout, processed securely by Stripe and PayPal.

We work hard to list accurate prices and descriptions. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund your payment in full, even after you’ve received an order confirmation.

Orders

An order confirmation email means we’ve received your order. It doesn’t guarantee that the item is available. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example because of suspected fraud, an item that’s no longer available, or a pricing error. If we cancel, you’ll receive a full refund.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns, refunds, and the authenticity guarantee by our Returns & Refunds policy. Both are part of these terms.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your password secure and make sure your account information is accurate. You’re responsible for activity on your account.

Payment disputes

If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first so we can make it right. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly.

Use of our website

Please don’t misuse our site. That includes attempting to disrupt it, access it without permission, or copy our content, photos, or listings for commercial use without our permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, including any change in a card’s market value.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
